One of the few Alliant powders whose page states the base outright - a double-base spherical rifle powder. Alliant cites consistent ignition and performance across temperature and humidity extremes and good metering. Made in the USA.

Slower than Reloder 10x, faster than Power Pro Varmint.

Chart agreement: position varies significantly - Hodgdon places Power Pro 1200-R FASTER than Alliant Reloder 10X, while Alliant's own guide places it SLOWER than Reloder 10X. Verify the charge, not just the recipe
