Terms of service

These terms govern your use of rockcanyonmunitions.com and your purchase of Rock Canyon Munitions products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you buy — a person answers.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to purchase from this site. We ship within the United States and internationally to the countries offered at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that owning, importing, and using reloading equipment is lawful where you live.

International orders. You are the importer of record. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the price or shipping charge — your country's carrier or customs authority collects them from you, and refusing a shipment over duties doesn't entitle you to a refund of shipping. Our products are subject to US export regulations; we ship only to the destination on your order, and you may not re-export them except in compliance with applicable law. If a shipment is returned or seized because importing it isn't permitted in your country, that risk is yours.

What our products are — and are not

RCM sensors, dashboards, and centering dies are quality-control aids for ammunition reloading. They are designed to help catch charge, case, and bullet anomalies — they are not a substitute for safe reloading practice. You remain solely responsible for using published load data, verifying every setting, inspecting your ammunition, and operating your press safely. Handloading ammunition is an inherently hazardous activity that can cause serious injury, death, and property damage if done improperly. Never rely on any single device, ours included, as your only safeguard.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We may cancel and fully refund any order — for example, due to a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or a product being unavailable — and we'll tell you why. An order is accepted when it ships.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping costs and timing, our all-sales-final policy, and the 1-year limited warranty are described on the shipping, warranty & returns page, which is part of these terms. In short: no change-of-mind returns; defects in materials or workmanship are covered for one year from delivery, and we'll repair or replace at our discretion.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except for the express 1-year limited warranty, our products and this website are provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rock Canyon Munitions' total liability for any claim arising from a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including damage to presses, components, firearms, or ammunition, lost production, or personal injury arising from unsafe reloading practices. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review or other content, you give us a perpetual, royalty-free license to display it (with the name you provide) on this site and in our materials. We moderate reviews for spam and abuse, but we don't edit substance — critical reviews that are real stay up. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share.

The site itself

The content on this site — text, photos, guides, video, and the RCM name and logo — belongs to Rock Canyon Munitions LLC. You're welcome to link to it and quote it with attribution; don't republish it wholesale or use our marks without permission. Don't abuse the site: no scraping at disruptive volume, probing, or interfering with checkout or other customers.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies to orders placed after it's posted. Questions: contact us or call 307-423-9296.
