Alliant Pro Reach
Formulated for long-range 12 gauge clay target shooting, with 12 gauge hunting loads as a secondary use.
A slow clay powder for long targets — handicap trap from the back fence and long sporting presentations — where you want more velocity than a light target load without moving to a hunting powder, and it doubles as a 12 gauge field powder. It is a narrow product with a much smaller body of user experience behind it than the Dot powders. Nothing about it is tricky; it simply needs the payload and pressure its published data assumes, and gets dirty if you starve it.

Grain shape
Thick-web cut flake, which is what pushes it down the chart near Blue Dot — the wall the flame must cross is the whole difference between it and the target flakes. A slow flake behind a full payload gives a longer push down the barrel; behind a light one it burns incompletely and fouls the hull.
