How ordering works
Add your gear to the cart, switch the “Ship to” selector to International, and check out — prices are in US dollars and your card's bank handles the conversion at their standard rate. Every sensor is built and calibrated to order (7–10 business days), ships tracked, and carries the same 1-year limited warranty we give US customers. Import duties and taxes, where your country charges them, are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Common questions
How much is international shipping?
One flat rate per order, shown in your cart before checkout — choose "International" as your shipping destination. Tracked all the way to your door.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
Possibly — that depends on your country. Duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees aren't included in our prices; if your country charges them, the carrier collects them on delivery. You are the importer of record.
Does the warranty apply outside the US?
Yes. The 1-year limited warranty is honored worldwide, and support comes from the people who build the sensors — email or call and you'll get an answer within one business day, wherever you load.
Will RCM sensors work with my press and my power?
RCM sensors integrate with Mark 7 presses (with or without Autodrive) and stand-alone progressive presses the same way everywhere — the press interface doesn't change by country. If you have a question about your specific setup or power supply, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm.
How long until my order arrives?
Every sensor is built and calibrated to order in our Wyoming shop — allow 7–10 business days before it ships, then international transit time for your destination. You'll get tracking the moment it leaves.
