Accurate 4100
A magnum revolver powder for full-power, high-performance handgun loads.
A slow handgun ball sitting just behind No. 9 - magnum revolver territory, and specifically the .454, .460 and .500 end of it. Metering is the stated strength, which counts when you are loading heavy revolver ammunition in quantity. It has never developed a following next to No. 9 and H110, so the practical record on it is thin and you will be working from the data sheet.

Grain shape
Spherical with a thick web, which is what makes it this slow, and degressive like any ball. As with slow spherical revolver powders generally it wants a firm crimp and a working charge to build the pressure that burns the grain through; downloading it is where unburned powder shows up.
