A slightly slower alternative to 2230 that lets loaders fine-tune the same small-to-medium calibre range at higher loading densities.
A slightly slower 2230 - same ball family, one rung up the ladder, and Accurate flags it as inside the gas-system window for service-rifle pattern autoloaders. It buys a little more loading density in .223 and .308 than 2230 gives. There is very little community record on it; most loaders who could use it reach for 2230 or 2520 out of habit instead.

Grain shape
Spherical and degressive like the rest of the family; what separates it from 2230 is web thickness, the wall the flame must burn through, not different chemistry. Meters excellently through any measure.

Manufacturer describes it as a slower derivative of 2230 and states it falls within the threshold limit for M14-pattern rifles. Hodgdon flags it as an extra-clean-burning powder.
