A fast .223 varmint ball with a small grain - Ramshot's pitch is that it loads through small necks without hanging up, and in .17 Remington and the .20-calibre cases that is not marketing. Built for high-volume light-to-medium-bullet .223 shooting, with .45-70 data as a footnote. It is a volume powder; do not expect it to beat a stick match powder on group size with heavy bullets.

Grain shape
Spherical and small-grained, so it drops through a progressive measure and past a .17 or .20 calibre neck without bridging. Degressive with a thin web - quick energy, and quick to get away from you above the top of the range.

Manufacturer states the small grain size allows trouble-free loading through small-diameter case necks. Made in Belgium.
