Reserved for very large capacity cases; long-range big-game hunting and heavy-bullet target work in belted and ultra magnums.
The slowest of the N100 rifle powders and one of the slowest canister powders anyone sells. It belongs in very large cases only: .300 Weatherby, .300 Remington Ultra Magnum, .338 Lapua, and 7mm Remington Magnum with the heaviest bullets. Put it in anything ordinary and it will neither build pressure nor burn cleanly. There is no decoppering or temperature-stability claim here, unlike several of its siblings.

Grain shape
Large cylindrical single-perforated grains; the thick wall is what makes it this slow. Big kernels bridge and meter inconsistently, so weigh charges and use a long drop tube to get the case to fill properly.
