Ramshot Magnum
A magnum rifle powder aimed at overbore cases where a very slow burn rate is needed to fill the case.
Ramshot's overbore powder: 7mm Remington Magnum, .300 Winchester Magnum, .300 Remington Ultra Magnum, .338 Lapua - cases with far more capacity than bore, where you need something slow enough to actually fill them. It does that and meters while doing it. Not temperature stable, and it has been out of stock on Hodgdon's own shop for a while, which is the practical limit on it.

Grain shape
Spherical, very thick web, degressive. In an overbore case the ball form is the whole point: you can fill the case through a measure without the bridging and grain-shearing a stick of this speed causes.

Manufacturer positions it as its primary choice for high-performance overbore magnums. Made in Belgium. Currently out of stock on Hodgdon's own shop but still a catalogued product.

Among the slowest rifle powders, charted immediately after Ramshot Grand and ahead of Norma 217.
