Winchester canister propellants are spherical BALL POWDER products made in the USA; the round kernels meter precisely through volumetric powder measures. Winchester credits its flow characteristics as an advantage over other powders of similar burn rate. It is generally understood to be the same propellant as Hodgdon H414. Not listed as temperature stable.

Verify the charge, not just the recipe
