It reads as the most generally useful powder in the line; whether you can buy one is the open question, since Norma canister powder is not stocked by the mainstream US distributors and reaches US shelves only through occasional imports, and a good many sites that appear to list it are not real retailers.

Extruded, though geometry is not published. The double-base chemistry raises energy per unit of powder, so it does more work per unit of case volume than a single-base stick at the same burn rate.

Norma describes URP as having a high nitroglycerin content, giving elevated energy and reduced moisture sensitivity - so a double-base propellant. Grain geometry is not stated on the product page. Norma canister powder is not stocked by the mainstream US reloading distributors and reaches US shelves only through occasional imports - treat availability as unreliable. Many web shops that appear to list Norma powder in the US are not legitimate retailers. Norma publishes data through its own reloading portal rather than a printed US manual.
