Shooters World Pistol
Shooters World Ultimate Pistol
A general-purpose competition pistol propellant. Shooters World positions it for compensated race guns where round-to-round velocity consistency matters, and as a broad-coverage powder across the common auto and revolver cartridges.

Lovex equivalent D036-07. Shooters World compares its burn rate to CFE Pistol and AutoComp and states the burn-rate modifier is built into the grain rather than surface-applied. Each lot is certified to ignite with both lead-free and conventional lead styphnate primers, which matters for indoor-range and lead-free programs. Contains flash suppressant. Shooters World deliberately keeps the Lovex designation on the label so European Lovex data and US SAAMI data can be cross-referenced; the name-to-number table is published on the Shooters World Lovex reloading-guide page.
Burn rate
Medium pistol burn rate, between the fastest target powders and the slower semi-auto powders.
Chart agreement: consistent across the charts that list it; carried by only 2 of the charts consulted Ranked by: Shooters World, Wolfe/LoadData.
Powders charted near it — neighbours on the chart are not substitutes, and adjacency tells you nothing about what charge either one takes:
- Alliant Unique (position 36)
- Hodgdon Universal (position 37)
- Alliant Power Pistol (position 38)
- Vihtavuori N330 (position 40)
- Alliant Herco (position 41)

Verify the charge, not just the recipe
Good data gets you a safe starting point. It does not tell you what actually went into the case on stroke 340 — a bridged measure, a double charge, a squib. That is what an RCM Laser Powder Check is for.
