Shooters World Rifle
Shooters World The Creed
A broad-coverage accuracy powder spanning heavy-bullet 5.56mm up through 300 Winchester Magnum, with the Creedmoor cartridges as the intended sweet spot.
Not a Lovex product - this one is South African Somchem propellant, Rheinmetall Denel S341, in a Shooters World can. It spans heavy-bullet 5.56mm up to .300 Winchester Magnum with the Creedmoors as the intended sweet spot, at roughly Reloder 15 speed, and Shooters World claims low temperature sensitivity along with flash suppression. Little independent record yet; the temperature claim is worth testing before you build a match season on it.
- 6.5 Creedmoor
- 6mm Creedmoor
- 308 Winchester
- 243 Winchester

Grain shape
Spherical, so it meters well on a volumetric thrower at a burn speed where most of the competition is extruded sticks that bridge and shear. Degressive gas curve as with any ball - energy off earlier than a stick of the same speed.
Why geometry decides burn rate more than chemistry does: Shape Is the Product.
Not a Lovex product: Shooters World states The Creed is the canister form of South African Rheinmetall Denel (Somchem) propellant S341. Being spherical it meters well on volumetric throwers, and Shooters World specifically claims low temperature sensitivity and flash suppression.
This powder is obscure enough in the US that its practical character is thinly documented. The note above is deliberately short rather than padded.
Sources
The specifications above come from Shooters World's own published documentation, linked below. The two “RCM's read” sections are ours, not theirs — our assessment of what this powder is like to load, drawn from its published characteristics and from what handloaders consistently report. No manufacturer endorses them and no source below backs them. If you think we have one wrong, tell us — we would rather fix it.
